Warm springs area ~ location, location, location! Walk to the Sun Valley Warm Springs lifts. This home is two blocks away from the Warm Springs lodge and high speed lifts. This is a river front property directly across the Warm Springs River from the Warm Springs ski area parking lot. Ski into the parking lot when you are done, walk across the bridge and you are home. Heck, ski down for a lunch break!

For summer fun you are a block away from the wood river bike trail system. Ride to the Sun Valley Hotel and Resort, downtown Ketchum or all the way to Hailey and back.

This family home has extra amenities: inner tubes, snow shoes, summer bikes, tennis rackets, and a drying room for your ski gear.

This home was completely remodeled in January 2013 with personal attention to detail throughout. The kitchen was enlarged and outfitted with professional/gourmet appliances and all new cabinets and countertops.

All 5-1/2 the bathrooms were completely redone with new showers, heated flooring in some, vanities , faucets and lighting. The hardwood floors in the entry, dining and kitchen were refinished and new carpet installed throughout the rest of the house. New door hardware and lighting throughout the house added the final touch. Also the mahogany deck, that spans the width of the house, with a hot tub off the den, was restored to it’s original glory.

A large wood burning river rock fireplace is the main gathering spot in the sunken living room. (Your wood is supplied) There are 2 more fireplaces, one in the den and another upstairs in the master suite.

The fully supplied, newly remodeled large kitchen with island stools and top of the line appliances looks over the dining and living room with a views across the warm springs river. The living room has a view across the river and up Bald Mountain with unobstructed views of the Greyhawk ski runs.

Upstairs is the master suite and the “second” master. The master suite has its own fireplace and deck overlooking the Warm Springs River. It has a king sized bed, a huge master bath with a heated floor, accommodating a large shower with 3 heads (2 regular and a overhead rain head) and soaking tub. Abundant walk-in closet space.

The “second” upstairs master also as a king sized bed with a bath with a shower only. Walk-in closet also.

There is another bedroom off the main hall with 2 full size beds. The 4th bedroom is upstairs with a private stairway and its own balcony and has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower and the floor is heated.

The laundry room is just off the main living area in the hall next to the 1/2 guest bath. The house has a heated two car garage with a man door out the back to get you to the lifts and back faster.

Hey skiers! This place has a drying room with enough room to dry 6-8 pairs of boots with all your gear. Start every morning off with warm dry boots and gloves!

After a fun day of skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, riding (road or mountain), fishing or any of the hundreds of activities you can participate in and around the valley, soak in the outdoor hot tub with one of the best views of the ski hill in Sun Valley. Lay in the tub and watch the hill close down and the grooming start. Watch the light fade, the moon rise and the stars come out over baldy. One of the most peaceful places you will find, especially if you want to get up and have an early morning soak.

Not quite ski-in but the next best thing. Ski down to the parking lot and cross the bridge. Enter into the garage from the back to remove your boots
